So between Dad in the hospital and acquiring my Grandfathers old 1963 Fairlane I put the Corsair on the back burner for a bit.

Got back on it last night and finished sheeting the top half of the fuse. I hope to get on to the bottom half today after Church and it should go fairly quick as I have already mocked it up several times. Pretty sure on where everything goes now.

Anyway... starting to really take shape now... just need to figure out the wing issue.

Looks great so far!

That 63 Fairlane could be another project in itself.

Thanks, and yeah the Fairlane is another project. It is actually in very good shape except for a few underbody rust issues. Needs new drivers side floor pans and a couple other things. New disc brake kit is on the way for install now. Runs like a top!

Haven't gotten much done the past week or so. My son is home from college for spring break and we have been doing some much needed shop cleaning and organizing. He is working on a Top Flite DC-3 while I am doing the Corsair so we need some more space.

So we built a new plane rack and cleared some extra space up. He goes back to School this weekend so I will get back on hte build soon.
