That's where you intentionally drop the phone receiver and let it bump of the table, floor, etc a few times, which admittedly makes a bit of a racket on the other end. You then quickly pick it back up (so they don't dump you) and respond with, "I'm still here....I just fell clean out of my chair, when you said that you would call back".
I guess no news is good news for HL. Nothing here since 2011.
