My beloved Papa Divine 60" flying wing snapped its main spar pulling out of a dive and I simply had to build another one. It was a moral imperative!

Thanks, Crash. So far, so good. This is my third one, so I'm getting pretty good at building them.

As a part of painting the bottom, I invited my granddaughter to add in some designs with red and black permanent markers. She’s not very good at staying inside the lines, so I started by masking off the area, just like I would if I was painting it. Once she was done, I used some auto pin striping tape to outline the sections.

Default TigerMoth

Here is my latest build, a Tigermoth Bipe.
Not the first one i have built but i haven't had real good luck with them lasting.
It is a 40inch wingspan and the fuse is 28.5 inches
Weight is 18oz.
I got it a little heavy but i think it will still be ok.

Looks nice, crash. I've probably had more Tiger Moths in my hangar than any other plane - I currently have three, but only one's a scratch build.

Yeah the Mothe's are fun if you get one done right.
The first one i had was a Pico Tigie by GWS
It flew with a very small electric motor that i don't remember the name now.
I had it for quite awhile but eventually it had to go.

Cold this morning only 30deg. out but no wind to speak of.
Flew the TigerMoth again and she done good.
No issues and landing in frosty grass was acceptable.

Default Scratchbuilt Mustang

This one is almost done now, just a few more details to take care of.
I have built several of these over the years and they seem to do pretty well.
I like this version of the mustang because of the slow flying capability and
i need that in my small flying area.
I will put up a picture as soon as it is finished.
It is called a SlowStang.

Default SlowStang

Here is the SlowStang ready for the maiden.
Hopefully this morning as soon as it is light enough outside.
Still kinda dark right now.

Thanks Jimmy, i did the maiden this morning and first flight was a little out of adjustment so i landed and made some adjustment and flew her again.
Not too bad, fly's nice and slow if i want or could go a lot faster too.
Looks nice in the air. I am not into Video so can't show any.

Looks like another nice one, crash. What makes it slow? Is it the wide chord?
