I went out today in some crazy wind and flew but I forgot to take the minidv cassette
Those lines really suck tho, going to move the camera up higher tonight.
Poor trojan is going to look crappy by the time im done

about how much did this whole set up weigh? And how much did your set up cost? Ive been wanting to do an FPV Trojan since the thing came out but weight and cost are my biggest concerns. Awesome job by the way!!! You're pretty good at threading the needle! :-)

Sorry missed ur msg..

I dont have scales but at my mates the airframe without lipos was 40grams (tennis ball was like 57 :p)
I run a 110mah for the video and a 160 for the motor/esc
Ive moved the camera up to a little boom I made from some dead easystar, no prop in the view now

Cost was...
Remote system
$42 for the video tx
$75 for the micro cam
some servo wire from HK which I use all the time...
$3 for a 1s battery plug from the local hobby shop
Base system
$25 x 2 for the video receiver (which come with antennas)
$2 for the RCA outputs
$15 Turnigy "15A" BEC
I already had
$160 Oracle video diversity splitter
$400 video goggles
$150 minidv video recorder
plug some rca leads and a couple of 3cell lipo's to run everything
fpvhobby.com is where its at :p
