Hello All,
I've been a regular customer of H/L for many years and have always been impressed with their help, service and prompt shipping.
But my most recent contact was met with a response that went above and beyond normal customer service.
I was looking for a Spektrum Tx, but need Mode 1 configuration. A few sites list it as "Available" but none had it in stock in Mode 1.
I e-mailed H/L with the same request in the early morning. By that evening I had two return e-mails from H/L, the first informing me that my query was being looked at. The second was as follows;

I am very sorry but we do not carry it in mode 1.
You might go to Horizon Hobbies site, they are the main distributor of Spektrum radios.

So, while not carrying the product in the exact mode I wanted, they not only referred me to a different vendor, Mr. Burkart supplied me with the exact product url to order it!
