Been awhile had some life changes and now reside in San Tan Valley Arizona, are there any Watt Flyers in the area and if so where do you fly.

How far do you want to drive and what days? There are several places to fly.

Looks like the closest place is where I fly at EVA on Ironwood about 2 miles south of Baseline.

Keep in mind "Sir-Crash-a Lot" is Mike at BMK Designs. (He really doesn't crash that much either.) He's your local go to guy for just about everything R/C. He'll treat you well. I wish I could fly as much and spend as much as I used to. Alas, I'm a po' boy now and can't spend even a dime on R/C anymore. If and when my ship comes in again Mike will be the first place I make a purchase. He always took very good care of me in the past.

A bit of a drive for you but the Chandler Bowl is a non-club flying site. It is designated by the City of Chandler as an electric only flying field and is used by both airplane and heli flyers. There is almost always someone there.

Located a half mile north of Chandler Blvd on the east side of the northbound frontage road paralleling the 101 freeway. Can't miss it.

Will look for you. When I'm out there I'm the guy with the scratch-built balsa planes surrounded by the store-bought foamies.

I'm not usually there, being more of a builder than a flyer. I intend to go sometime this weekend but no guarantees.

When I do go its in one of the weekend mornings. I prefer going during the week when it is less crowded but have no set schedule to do so.

Ask for Carl when you go. He is arguably the unofficial leader out there, does many of the maiden flights and most of the flight training.
