Default EPIC FPV! - BEST U.S. Aerial Videos

This is one of my favorite FPV videos ever. Really turned out amazing.
Original music composed specifically for this video gives it a really epic feel.

This one is like flying on MARS! The landscapes are unreal!

This one has MOUNTAIN GOATS jumping on a ledge!

This one has some really incredible red-rock country and water shots

And this one is just sick cliff surfing action

Wow, you and your spotter have produced amazing videos while remaining in line-of-sight and below 400ft agl. (wink-wink)

So how close was that early close-call in the first vid?

Who needs 400 feet? I'm rarely more than 100 ft. AGL. My ground level may be at the top of a mountain, but I'm rarely more than 100 ft. above that. Less than 100 feet is my preference actually.

My spotter has a spotting scope and a high power lens for filming the plane at great distances.

That first shot was pretty intense. There was some wind coming up that chute, which is why the video's so bouncy, but I think there was some downwash behind that stack of rock, so I suddenly dropped as I approached it and had to pull up. Not sure how close... probably about 10 ft, which is perfect! Haha.

Mountain flying is where it's at, at least for me. Guys that fly over cities, roads, and landmarks are just asking for it.

Those are really beautiful videos! Are they all done with a flying wing?

Yep, all flown with a ReaperXL EPP Wing from www.crashtesthobby.com. Tell him I sent you!

The last few shots of the newest video were shot with my new Quad, the shots on the lake ice.

Great video's, what is your FPV set up, and Camera? I would like to get into FPV, but I want a picture as nice as yours without going through a bunch of cheap set ups to find it.
A lot of people say to start out simple and cheap, then upgrade from there, but they end up spending twice the amount of money by the time they get to a good quality set up. I would rather spend more money up front, and do it right the first time.

Great stuff! The flying wings continue to amaze me in their stability. That Ritewing Zephr seems to be super popular in FPV.

I'm working on a new scenic flight video. It's going to be amazing.

In the mean-time, here is a Quad video of some early desert exploration. Sand Dunes, Red Rock Cliffs, Cactus & Trees, the usual fare.

EPIC FPV! Beautimous Buttes

I found some great butte formations and really got a kick flying through the cracks and down the cliff faces. This world is an amazing place! The weird vein-like dunes sprawling out from the buttes looked so alien, it was surreal. I had so much fun I went back down again a few weeks later for some formation flying. More video to come.

I made another original soundtrack for this one with a bit of middle-eastern flavor.

This one's short & sweet.
