Default Toilet Bowl Effect

I have read elsewhere that often the cause is a bent shaft, or flybr linkage adjustment, but is it possbile that the new blades I just put on my CX could be causing the toilet bowl effect The new blades fit very snuggly on the dowels coming out of the main shaft and the rotation of the pitch by the flybar is very stiff. As I remember, the old blades moved very freely in pitch change.

Yes my cx3 had real bad TBE .The lower blades were tight on the pins. I cleaned out the holes in the blades and gave a slight counter sink to the holes. No more TBE.
