Lost Motor
 

Will you please make a thorough search for my motor that I sent to you around the first week in August? After several phone calls last week someone looked without opening any likely packages or even knowing the correct return address on my package for the first part of their search.

Return address on the computer printed label is:
SRK Inc.
320 NW 4th Street Suite 200-#222
Faribault MN 55021

Packing slip is enclosed with that company name and a description of the contents.

I have another one to send and two more to purchase.

Hi I talked to our returns department and I believe them to be in contact with you now. The problem was that you did not fill out a returns request and just shipped the motor back. That can greatly delay the returns process.

I was told that it absolutely wasn't there, nothing could be done. Delay I can live with. Perfunctory attempt to find an expensive motor can greatly delay my next order.

Gohmer's probably tired of explaining the situation. Does this mean that when he calls Rachael that she will be informed of the situation? Case number?
