Eurofighter Tiger Edition RTF Jet
Eurofighter Tiger Edition ARF Jet

29-1/8" wingspan, 42" long, 350 sq. in. wing area, 30 oz. flying weight. This colorful pre-painted jet has all the main assemblies pre-built. Assembly to flight ready status takes only an hour or two. Two 64mm fans driven by two Outrunner brushless motors power jet. The two speed controls are 25 amps each and are pre-wired and installed, ready to plug into the supplied 2200 mAh 3-cell lipo battery. Battery access is under the canopy. Canopy is held in place by magnets, as is the upper section behind the canopy, providing access to the speed controls. Fans and motors can be accessed through a removable panel on the bottom of the fuselage. ARF version is ready for you to install your 4 channel receiver (delta mixing required). A balance charger for the lithium battery is included. The 3 servos are pre-installed and all control surfaces are pre-hinged with the control horns installed. Jet can be flown with the included landing gear and steerable nose wheel, or the gear can be quickly removed for hand launching and belly landing. Flight times are in excess of 5 minutes. The twin fans provide lots of thrust for strong climbs and a high top speed. Rolls, loops and inverted flight are a breeze and the delta wing really slows down well for soft, slow landings. Photo illustrated building instructions with CG location clearly marked will get you from the box and into the air quickly.

anyone know the CG location? I have one of these we're converting to a pusher... they didn't sell them anymore, so we are assembleing them by parts...

It flew great as a pusher. Got the AUW down to 28 oz. with a Turnigy 2217-16 23A motor =450 a 1300ma 20c 4s Zippy Li-Po on a 7x5 APC E prop .... It's light enough to fly slow and although it doesn't quite have verticle thrust it's plenty fast for my liking. Maidened it Monday and put 4 flights on it then put 5 more on it yesterday. I get 8 min. flight times on the 1300ma battery . If it was a twin 64mm EDF I'ld be lucky to get 4 min flights with a 2200 battery. I ended up with a little down thrust on the motor stick so I made the nose gear wire 3/8ths " longer to help it rotate. It started tail heavy but we kept moving the battery forward untill it's a full length forward from where we started.
